Dove straight into my day with a 10AM meeting. It was a performance
review meeting with one of the employees. We were looking at
someone who I would say, was pretty convinced about how he wanted
to approach things, the best way to tackle an issue and was
not very open to feedback. We weren’t very happy, primarily
because it was an attitude problem....
