In order
to remain competitive in the 21st century, Talent Managers
need to develop the ability to identify resources that can
steer the organisation towards a competition-free market,
i.e a market where customers know exactly what goods and
services are being provided, that these provide real value
for the money invested and can be assured of quality of
delivery. As Talent Managers, your resources would require
to have three basic capabilities ie customer value, lean
businesses and emerging leaders.
In this
Mini Workshop, we discuss how the elimination of waste and
the supporting the willingness to change will lead to breakthroughs
