dedicated and suitably qualified candidates for the following positions
at Head Office & Business Units level:-
Responsibilities
- To
assist HRA Manager in full spectrum of human resource & Admin
functions which include recruitment, training and development,
compensation and benefits, industrial relations, performance management
& employee relations and Corporate Administration.

To liaise closely with outsourcing agent in the administration
of foreign workers related matters such as permit renewal, welfare
& etc.

Preparing HR letters for new employment / resignations / transfers
/ promotions / transfers / confirmation / show cause or warning
letters.

To conduct New Employee Orientation & Exit Interview Survey.

To issue and compile Key Performance Indicators and Employee Performance
Appraisals in a timely manner.

To compile and consolidate HR-related report for monthly management
reporting.

To perform Monthly Payroll processing and ensuring all personnel
data, leave records, and staff lists are updated in at timely
manner.

To perform any other duties as instructed by immediate superior
or any other person / persons assigned by the Management
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Human
Resource Management.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
is required for this position.

Preferably Supervisor or Junior Executives specializing in Human
Resources or equivalent.

Must be well-versed in Malaysia Labour Laws.

Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa
Malaysia.

Able to work independently with good working attitude.
