| The Alibaba Group, the world's leading provider of online trading,
retailing and transaction platforms, has chosen the StepStone
e-recruitment solution to automate and optimise recruitment processes.
With over 17,000 employees around the world in more than 50 cities
across Greater China, Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom and the
United States, Alibaba Group will use StepStone e-recruitment
to attract and filter qualified candidates, streamline interview
arrangements, consolidate resume sources and develop a global
talent pool for local and international hiring. The reduction
in administrative work to manage these processes will enable Alibaba’s
