HR MATTERS FORUM 2009

Extending the magazine's cutting-edge and relevant content as well as our access to both local and international contributors, HR MATTERS Forums bring together the local HR community with thought leaders.
In line with the focus of the magazine, we bring together an innovative format at affordable prices, that will guarantee you an experience to remember.

Research-backed, the production team has been considering some of these questions below as a guide to the development of this two day event :-
* Pro-active steps HR Managers can take to position themselves as integral to the strategic planning team
* Ways in which HR can build a greater level of credibility in the work they do
* How to go about developing a better understanding of the business and consequently, being more adequately equipped to influence the business
* How HR can create higher levels of engagement in their own team and across the enterprise.

Updates on this Forum will be made on the site. Send comments or questions to us at editor@hr-matters.info.
