Matters Magazine Wants Your Opinion on Organisational Development
30 September 2011
Kuala Lumpur | In early September 2011, the magazine decided to
work togethers a feature article on Organisational Development,
that would appear in the October 2011 issue. To that end, contacts
were made with various HR professionals, from around the world,
to ask their input. Most of these contacts were established in
a number of HR interest groups on LinkedIn.
From the level of initial interest generated, the magazine has
decided to make this a much more in-depth survey than was initially
planned.
We would love to hear your views - practitioner input into what
OD represents to you. Not looking so much for a dropdown list
of attributes per se but more about what you feel that OD should
represent for the person tasked with the role.

If
you're keen to share, reply to this question within the group
post. Alternatively, you can drop me an email reply at editor@hr-matters.info.
The
survey began in the early part of September 2011 and will be introduced
in the October 2011 issue. Your replies may form part of the survey
and your details and feedback may be made available for public
viewing as the survey progresses. All comments are subject to
the editoral team's discretion. Surveys may also be provided anonymously
if you wish, so please indicate if so.
The
question : What does OD means to you - what are the things that
you believe the person tasked with this role should look to manage
and resolve?
Thanks
and we look forward to your feedback.
