Hard Rock Penang for Japan

29 March 2011

In response to the recent tragic earthquake and tsunami in Japan, Hard Rock Penang held a 12-hour live music session in Hard Rock Cafe Penang on 27 March 2011 from 2pm till 2am. The event was part of ‘Unite for Japan’ - Hard Rock Penang’s one month long effort (18 March till 21 March 2011) to raise fund for the victims in Japan. A total of RM10,980 was raised over this 12 hours live concert through door charge, silent auction and the sale of “I Am A Supporter” lanyards.

Proceeds from ‘Unite from Japan’ will be channelled directly to the Red Cross through Hard Rock International.
