Towers Watson Launches New iPad App

New York | Towers Watson (NYSE, NASDAQ: TW) announced on March 23, the launch of TWGlobal50, a unique and searchable application for the iPad. The free app is designed to provide human resource and benefit professionals with instant access to critical human capital data from around the globe.

The TWGlobal50 app is the HR industry’s first-of-its-kind solution - providing dynamic, searchable human capital data for 57 countries. Using a touch-based interface, users can easily access and compare current and trend information in four major categories, including:

· Planned pay increases
· Employee engagement levels
· Talent mobility rates
· Health care benefit costs

The app is designed so that users are able to take a screen shot and instantly e-mail it to colleagues. Additionally, users can follow various links in the app to obtain more information on each of the four categories.

Towers Watson says it expects to update and expand the application as clients begin to use it and the firm identifies other potential ways to provide data at the touch of a finger.
